Absolutely, Bette! Sharing a story — particularly on behalf of our business — needs to be a strategic undertaking. We should always ask ourselves, "What point am I trying to make with this and why will it matter to my audience?" Storytelling is a powerful tool for making meaningful connections. However, it takes a lot of practice to learn how to harness that power so that it can be used effectively.
