If You're AI-Curious But Aren't AI-Convinced, I've Launched a New Newsletter Just for YOU!!
It's called "What's Your Problem?" — and I look at how to use AI tools to solve basic, everyday problems in a non-techy, non-"bro" way.
Hello there, friends!
Hope you’re doing well during these dog days of summer.
Here in North Carolina, it’s more like the “Burning Gates of Hell” days of summer. But who’s complaining? (ME!!! I’m complaining!!!)
I wanted to let you in on something I’m SUPER excited about.
Ready?
I’ve launched a second newsletter that’s specifically for those who are curious — but not cultish — about AI.
It’s called “What’s Your Problem?” and I’d love to have you follow along with me as I launch this new venture! You can subscribe for free by clicking here.
What’s Your Problem? starts with a question:
What’s getting in your way — and how can we make it easier, clearer, or actually doable?
Each week, I take a real-world problem and walk through how I’m figuring it out. Not from a place of expertise, but through exploration — testing tools, asking better questions, and sharing what actually helped.
Usually, that’ll mean a behind-the-scenes breakdown of how I’m using (or learning about) an AI tool or workflow. It might be me failing miserably or it could be me achieving a surprising success. Regardless, I’ll share it ALL!
This won’t be a space for hype, trends, or one-size-fits-all advice. It’s for people who want to use technology thoughtfully — and who value clarity over complexity.
If you’ve ever opened a new app or AI tool and thought, “This seems useful, but I have no idea how to make it work for me,” you’ll feel right at home here.
I’ll be waiting to welcome you with open arms. (Virtually, obviously.)
So, come jump into this new adventure with me! If you want to get a sneak peek, you can check out the first issue of What’s Your Problem? from last week here. AND — if you subscribe today (again, it’s completely free)— this week’s issue about how I used a new online therapy tool to make a decision about getting a kitten will land in your inbox tomorrow.
Thanks for letting me pop in and share the news about What’s Your Problem?. For those of you who enjoy The Shorter Runway, my plan is to keep publishing it as a platform for me to share stories and thoughts about living life as a midlifer.
Talk again soon!
Michele
P.S. If you have an everyday business or life challenge you’re trying to solve and need a little help, let me know! I’d love to help you figure it out and highlight the process in What’s Your Problem?.

You had me at “not cultish about AI.
Count me in.
Best of luck, Michele.
Happy Friday.
So exciting! I can't wait to see where you take this. I just posted some stats yesterday about how women are radically underrepresented using AI. So the more of us that can start educating and spreading the word, the better.
